Look up your order
You can now access your order history using our new License Manager.
The License Manager allows you to:
- View your order history
- Access receipts
- Resend your license keys
- Manage your subscriptions
Log into the license manager using the same email from which you placed your order. You will receive an email that contains an access code which is valid for 15 minutes.
If you don't receive the email with the code within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
If you don't see any orders
The License Manager will show all orders and subscriptions that are tied to your email address, and placed in the year 2016 or later.
If you placed your order between 2014-2015, you can get assistance by contacting Paddle directly: Contact Paddle.
If you placed your order recently, please allow a couple of days before your information is available through the License Manager.
If your information still does not show, please make sure you have entered the same email as the one used when placing your order.
